I believe Birth is a sacred and natural rite of passage that a Womon will experience at some time in her life. My part is to Support the Mother in her experience and decisions for her Birth. It is during this time the Mother will go deep to retrieve and remember who she is and have faith in her power and her abilities to give birth.

Birth Preparation incorporates Birth Education, Energetic Balancing, Spiritual Midwifery and Bodywork that has evolved over the years into a more nurturing experience for the mother. It's during this time the Womon (Mother)can experience a deeper form of relaxation and hear her own inner voice. Space and time is Sacred so each session is created moment by momment nothing planed and no set rules.
There are the basics, such as long soothing strokes to move blood and fluids, deep cross fiber work to disperse muscle tension, rocking to settle you inner rhythms and breath to release any anxieties or old issues/patterns needing to go.
There are three forms of Pregnancy Massage I use in any session:
(1) Maori Pregnancy Massage
(2)Lomilomi Bodywork
(3)Traditional Pregnancy Massage
Are all wonderful and delicious in they're own way.
Aromatherapy can be added to enhance any session or used alone.
Birth Support (Doula) is a Womon who helps (support) other Womyn before, during and after the birth. A Doula position is to support, listen and be aware of the surroundings. The Mother's birth space is Sacred and should be honored, a Doula knows her place and not to be Overbearing.

Foot Baths * Birthing Oils & Aromatherapy Foot baths are a wonderful way to honor the Mother and to soothe her very sole. High grade essential oils, fruit & foot scrubs together with massage gives the Mother private time to feel the Earth Goddess within. Birthing oils are custom made for massage during birth, the scents can be a single essential oil or in any varying combination. Aromatherapy is used to soothe and relax the Mother through out her sessions. This is a sensitive modality and usually require an intake and discussion to design the oils you want and need.
